Must I have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number in order to return a product to Xtreme Buys 4 U?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA#") number within our Return or Warranty policy period.   Xtreme Buys 4 U will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which Xtreme Buys 4 U must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customers should prominently display the online generated return shipping label on boxes containing the returned product.

How do I obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number?
Click here to request an RMA Number online.  We ask that all RMA Numbers be requested online for your convenience.  (You can also click on the "Return Items" link located in the "Help Box" found on virtually every page.)  After logging in, you will be redirected to your "Order History" page.  Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.  Orders that are past the Refund period will be blocked out.  Orders that are past the Warranty period will be blocked out.  Click the "Return" link next to the item you wish to return.  Follow the instructions and place any additional comments in the area provided.

Can I exchange my "Return Item" for a different item?
No. We do not exchange "Return Items" for different items. We only replace an item with the exact same item. To effect an exchange, make an RMA request for refund online for the item you wish to exchange (assuming the warranty period for a refund has not been exceeded), then order the exchange product from our store. The RMA item will be refunded when received.

How does a refund get applied?
A refund is always applied to the credit card used on the original order.  If the original order was paid for by check or money order, we will issue a check for the refund amount.  Alternatively, you may select a refund method of "In Store Credit", in which case you will have an "In Store Credit" available to you in your shopping cart (showing up as a "Gift Card").

How long before I see my credit?
It takes approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and approximately 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.

I have sent you my return merchandise but I do not see that it has been received?
If you have a Tracking Number for your return, verify first that we have received it. Click here if you have a Tracking Number from UPS, FedEx, or US Mail. It takes one to two business days for an RMA to process once we have received it. Sometimes it happens that we have the RMA but have not yet processed it in the warehouse; so no information is available on it. If your tracking number confirms reception, give us a day or two to process the RMA and then check back using the Track Your Returns link found in the "Help Box" on every page.

How do I check the status of my returned merchandise?
Use the Track Your Returns link found in the "Help Box" on every page. This link will take you to a page from which you can select the Order that contains the items you returned and you can then check on the return status. Alternatively, if you have your RMA# handy, you can click on the the (or Via RMA#) link found in the "Help Box" on every page. This link will take you to a page from which you can enter your RMA# and check the status of your RMA directly.

How long does it take to process an RMA?
It takes 2-5 business days for us to process and re-ship (or issue a refund) once we receive your return.

What items need to be returned with an RMA? Do I need to include everything?
Yes. All original accessories, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Xtreme Buys 4 U to process your RMA. Missing items will incur further charges or will reduce your refund.  In most cases, items sent in for RMA repair will be replaced with another "full item set" with accessories.  Please return all accessories.

What about restocking fees? How much? When? Why?
Our policy at Xtreme Buys 4 U is to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.   Therefore, we do not apply any restocking fees for returned products under any circumstances.

Who pays for shipping returned product back to Xtreme Buys 4 U?
The customer is solely responsible for shipping returned product back to Xtreme Buys 4 U.
This is not unlike the situation you encounter at a walk-in store. The store will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in the store. The store will not reimburse you for your time or gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, Xtreme Buys 4 U will use every good measure available to us to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little difficulty as possible.

I got an e-mail that says the serial number of the RMA item I sent in does not match the serial number of the item I was sent from Xtreme Buys 4 U.
We track the serial numbers on all products in our warehouse. Sometimes we find a customer has inadvertently returned an item that does not belong to Xtreme Buys 4 U. In this case, the item in question will be returned to the customer with a request to send the correct item.

Does Xtreme Buys 4 U cross ship items?
We do not directly cross ship items.  To effect a cross ship, obtain an RMA refund on the item you wish to return, then order a new product from our store.

After you received my RMA I got an email saying the item is no longer available or is backordered?
If an RMA item is found to be on backorder and we cannot obtain the item, you will be notified by email and the backordered item will be refunded.  We try to contact every customer in this case and make sure that they will be happy with the refund.
