How can I get a price quote, stock quote or shipping cost quote from Xtreme Buys 4 U?
Our website is based on live inventory data.  All product information, pricing and availability is based on live information that is acquired each time you refresh your browser.   We do not take orders for what we do not have.  All ordering, price quotes, stock checks, and shipping quotes must be done directly online, no exceptions. We do not accept phone or fax or e-mail orders. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are per the website.

Xtreme Buys 4 U does not offer any technical assistance for any of the items we carry. We do not test, build or assemble the products we sell. We are not technicians. Rather, we are quality retailers with low prices. Our various "contact us" avenues are only to be used to resolve issues of a non-technical nature.

UNLESS directly specified by the product description or title, we do not guarantee revision or version numbers. We ship what we have, when we have it. Generally, our stock moves so fast that we have the latest version or revision of everything. Xtreme Buys 4 U cannot tag a particular version or revision for a particular order and make sure the warehouse picks that box or item when your sales order comes up.

Occasionally we will post the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on our website for popular items. Otherwise, we do not offer an ETA on products due to the constantly changing nature of information in our industry.  We provide the "Notify Me of Updates" link for your convenience.  Products that we leave listed on our website but showing "out of stock" we expect to be back in stock within a week or so.  If we know a product will be out of stock for a longer period, we will take the product's listing off our website.

Xtreme Buys 4 U does not offer price guarantees. The prices in our industry change too often and too quickly for us to offer such a guarantee. If the order has not shipped, you can cancel the order and re-place the order online to take advantage of the new price. All prices are as is, at the time of sale.

What are the differences between OEM and Retail items?
The retail and OEM versions of a product are usually exactly the same. However the retail version will typically include bundled software, retail packaging, and more whistles and bells so to speak. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box, Brown Box versions will include the actual product and may come with drivers, but not much else (no special packaging or software). Usually, the retail version will be accompanied by a longer warranty. The OEM version is typically for people who build systems, know what they are doing and do not require any extras.
Suggestion: Please visit the manufacturer's website to see what is included with the retail version. The manufacturer's site will likely NOT indicate what is included for OEM items. Instead, use our "More Images" link to see exactly how the item will ship.

What is a refurbished item? Why is it considered refurbished? Who refurbishes it, Xtreme Buys 4 U or the factory?
Refurbished items have been opened and touched and/or returned. They should all be considered OEM, bare bones products. Because they can originate from different situations, sometimes they come with some extras or in retail boxes. The "refurbishing" is performed by the manufacturer. There should be nothing wrong with them but they only have a 15 day warranty period. So, if you purchase one, please check it out right away to avoid any problems. They should be just as the factory released them in an OEM condition. No extras.

Customer service cannot physically acquire a product and describe it for you. Our volume is too high, and we have multiple warehouses all over the country.  All the information we have for each item is already located on our website. What is the warranty on a refurbished product? Do they carry any additional warranties?
Refurbished items only come with a 15 day warranty from the date of the invoice. No exceptions.  The manufacturer may or may not extend to you an additional warranty.  This is beyond our control.

What is the warranty on Xtreme Buys 4 U products?
Most products have a 30 day warranty period from the date of invoice and a 1 year repair/replace period from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified in the item's description at the time of purchase.

If our site states "Lifetime Warranty" the product is warranted by Xtreme Buys 4 U to the initial end user who bought the item from Xtreme Buys 4 U for the life of the product. Lifetime warranties are not transferable.

Retail box items are warranted by the Manufacturer after 30 days from the invoice date. Xtreme Buys 4 U services the warranty within the first 30 days of purchase. If a manufacturer does not service end users (such as an "only overseas" manufacturer with no contact or RMA procedures) Xtreme Buys 4 U will honor the warranty listed on our website at the time of purchase.

Refurbished items only have a 15-day warranty period. No exceptions!

Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.

Why does the website say 10 reviews but I can read only 4 reviews?
10 reviews means 10 people gave a 1-5 star rating; however, only 4 people may have written comments. Most people just give stats, not comments.

We always check all reviews before we put them on the site. They are there to assist you but should never be the final say in making a purchase. One can never tell who the person doing the reviewing is, or what level of competency they may possess. If we receive several bad reviews on an item, we simply stop selling that item, period. We don't want to sell any items that are not a good value to our customers.

These items may not be purchased without another non-software item from our store. Any non-software item in our on-line store will be sufficient. There are no minimum dollar requirements or specific hardware requirements.

What does Bare Product or Product Only mean?
These items come exactly as they are described. You will only receive the bare product. These items are brand new, however they are purchased in bulk, and will not be accompanied by any documentation or accessories.
