We are not given a reason when a charge declines. Please verify that you have given us the
correct numbers and expiration date. Please

Unpaid orders are voided if no resolution is reached within 3 business days.
In order to guard against credit card fraud, if
the billing and shipping addresses are different,
we must verify that the alternate shipping
address is authorized.
Please contact your credit card issuer bank and
list your "ship to" address as an alternate
address in their memo field. We will call them
and verify the address. Please make sure your
credit card issuer bank's phone number is listed

The customer is solely responsible for shipping returned product back to Xtreme Buys 4 U.
This is not unlike the situation you encounter at a walk-in store. The store will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a
defective item you bought in the store. The store will not reimburse you for your time or gas money
spent to drive back to the store either. However, Xtreme Buys 4 U will use every good
measure available to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little
difficulty as possible.
