Gift Cards are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can
pay for them using the store's standard payment method(s).
Once purchased, the value of the Gift Card will be added to your own personal
Gift Card Account. If you have funds in your Gift Card Account, you will
notice that the amount on your Gift Card shows in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart also provides a
link to a page where you can send the Gift Card to someone via email.
To send a Gift Card to a friend, go to our "Send Gift Card" Page. You can
find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart on the right hand column of
each page. (This link will only appear after you've purchased a Gift Card and then it will only show if you have a balance on your Gift Card account.)
When you send a Gift Card, you need to sepcify the following:
The name of the person you are sending the Gift Card too.
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Card too.
The amount you want to send. (You don't have to send the full amount that
is in your Gift Card Account.)
A short message which will apear in the email to the recipient.
Please be sure that you have entered all of the information correctly.
(You will be given the opportunity to change this information before
the email is actually sent.)
If you have funds in your Gift Card Account, you can use those funds to
purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, there is a checkbox which, if checked,
will apply the funds in your Gift Card Account to your order balance.
If there
is not enough money in your Gift Card Account to cover the cost of your purchase,
you will still have to select a payment method to pay for the balance of your order.
If you have more funds in your Gift Card Account than the total cost of
your purchase, the balance will be left in your Gift Card Account for the
future.
If you received a Gift Card by email, it will contain the details of who sent
you the Gift Card, and, possibly, a short message. The Email
will also contain the Gift Card Number. It is a good idea to print
this email for future reference.
You can redeem the Gift Card in one of the following
two ways:
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose.
This will take you to the store's Redeem Card page. You will then be requested
to create an account after which the Gift Card will be validated and placed in your
Gift Card Account ready for you to spend on whatever you desire.
2. During the checkout procces (on the same page that you select a payment method) there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter your Redeem Code here, and click the "Redeem" button. The code will be
validated and the Gift Card amount will be added to your Gift Card account. You Can then use the Gift Card amount to purchase any item in our store.
